Refunds and Returns

We all know that all families have problems. But those families who deal with these problems with mutual agreement prosper and have a happy time. Likewise, we do understand that there will be issues with this entire process of shopping. But we want to keep it simple and easier for you to shop around here. Our aim is your satisfaction and we
will assist you in every possible way.


Here are the specifics of our returns policy:


REFUNDS and  RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one on the following counts:


a) If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can
request a refund or a reshipment.
b) If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
c) If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

However, for the reasons below we may not be able to process refunds. Nevertheless do reach out to us on dealokart@gmail.com or on our Contact Us page and we will figure out something. 
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of DealOKart.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster etc).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of DealOKart.com


*You can submit refund requests within 12 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or Missing Refunds:
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us


Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must Contact Us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
